According to enterprise information management analysis of main problems of present business information collection and sharing, the necessity to establish a unified management platform for distributed data collection (demand) to demonstrate, based on data collection and management platform acquisition processes, platforms technology architecture, software architecture and function and other contents of the detailed design and implementation based on J2EE platform, in order to further improve and provide reference and support to improve the data collection work of enterprises, aimed at promoting the scientific and standardization of enterprise data collection management.
