Eastern Arabic Numerals: A Stand out from Other Jargons

Handwriting recognition is to accept and illustrate comprehensible handwritten input and Optical character recognition (OCR) is one of the approaches of loading texts in order to electronically search texts, which is going to be used in the machine learning techniques. Focusing on the Arabic numerals which are used in numerous languages like Farsi and Urdu still requires profound analysis. Whereas, Persian and Urdu languages include a variant of Eastern Arabic numerals and which is viewed as East Arabic-Indic. In this paper recognition of Eastern Arabic numerals is shown by OCR technique leading to accuracy of 82.91%.
