Research of E-commerce logistics based on the network information era

With the rapid development of the information technology, E-commerce has gradually arisen. In this paper, we elaborated the resulting flow of E-commerce logistics and its concept model and the basic business processes in the context of “Internet plus”. At the end of 2015, the first industry standard “the specification on logistics services of electronic commerce” in the field of China's E-commerce logistics is officially released, which is vital important for the development of E-commerce logistics industry. Through the latest released the China Internet network development statistic report, we summarizes the current situation of China's network shopping and explore the relationship between E-commerce and network shopping. Finally, we analyzed the relationship and development bottlenecks between the electronic business companies and logistics companies, and put forward some constructive opinions for both cooperation and development.
