Nabil Fakhfakh, Hervé Verjus, Frédéric Pourraz, Patrice Moreaux · 2011

Abstract—Quality attributes are an important concern in critical business processes supported through services orches-tration. Various works in the literature have addressed quality attributes values computation of services orchestration. This paper proposes a novel approach that combines workflow patterns aggregation rules and a multi-criteria decision mak-ing method named MACBETH. This approach allows us to measure the satisfaction degree of services orchestration to the quality attributes requirements as defined at design-time. Keywords-quality of service/quality attributes aggregation; SOA; satisfaction degree measurement. I.
