Healthcare centres are the very essential part of our lives, providing the best medicals facilities to people suffering from various ailments. Hence, it is necessary for the hospitals to keep track of its day to day activities and the records of the incoming patients. Even though there are many benefits of electronic and mobile health care system, there has always been a threat of hackers getting access to healthcare data. With an illegal and unauthorised access, an attacker can gain the sensitive information of the patients and can make misuse of that information leading to problems. To reduce that kind of threatening and impact level of the risk factor, we are coming up with the concept of a secured hospital management with the help of passive RFID cards to store the unique personal details of the patient with their unique id and provide biometric level security for making an appointment. Now regarding access by patients and healthcare personnel in the hospital, fingerprint biometric authentication methodology being introduced along with RFID card. Now regarding fingerprint biometric, there has been an increase in the false rejection ratio due to a slight difference in positioning of the finger in the fingerprint scanner. To avoid this kind of issues, the solution of frame based biometric system to segment the number of pixels into n number of frames to reduce the rate of false rejection ratio in-order to increase the rate of acceptance ratio. The simulation analysis of frame based biometric authentication is compared against pixel method using Matlab
