Like any library intended to help build rich Internet applications (RIAs), having an extensive range of widgets is highly desirable. Each widget is rich with configurable options and comes theme-ready, allowing you to pick from the many available themes or design your own look to match your needs. Figure 3-1 illustrates the online Explorer demo, which showcases many of the available widgets and is a good way to understand what is possible with GXT.
