The ISO/IEC 29110 Implementation on two Very Small Software Development Companies in Lima. Lessons Learned

Software industry is under increasing pressure to provide quality software. This situation implies that the organizations must adopt best practices in their processes. In this context, the ISO/IEC 29110 standards propose some profiles of software lifecycle process and defined them oriented to very small organization. In this article some experiences and lessons learned on process improvement are collected by applying the basic and organizational profile of ISO/IEC 29110 in two very small software development companies in Lima.
