Discrete Semiconductor Devices

Malcolm E. Goodge · 1983

This chapter is concerned with the wide range of discrete semiconductor devices used in modern electronic systems. For each device, the physical construction, electronic operation and terminal characteristics are discussed leading to a network model which can be used in the analysis of circuits using the device.
