Algebraic Bayesian networks secondary structure synthesis: All possible minimal join graphs' set capacity estimate

The synthesis of minimal join graph set represented as secondary structure in algebraic Bayesian networks is considered. The detailed analysis and statistical experiments of synthesis algorithms are provided. Obtained results are presented on diagrams.
