The 5th International Conference on Computer Research and Development (ICCRD 2013) was held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, February 23-24, 2013. The ICCRD 2013 was hosted by the Science and Engineering Instititute. The main objective of ICCRD 2013 was to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Computer Science.
