No software package is perfect for every user right out of the box—not even FogBugz! By now, you know how to work effectively with FogBugz once it’s all set up, but I haven’t yet discussed customization. The good news is that FogBugz allows you to customize a wide variety of things about your installation to make it work the way you need it to.
