The answer to the question posed by this section will depend on your relationship to your microcomputer. If you are a manager the answer might be “A program that does what I want it to do”. If you are a user the answer could be “One that’s nice and easy to use” (that is, user-friendly!). Should you be a programmer the answer might be “One that works”, and if you are already a good programmer you will probably add “and in six month’s time when you ask me to change it, this should not be too difficult”.
