Timber modules for housing consist of 38 × 89 mm timber studs with 9 mm oriented strand board (OSB) sheathing board fixed on the outside face. The walls are insulated externally with rigid insulation board and are covered with a vapour-permeable waterproof membrane. Mineral wool insulation is placed between the timber studs, and 12.5 mm impact-resistant gypsum board forms the internal surface.
