Using ETL tools for developing a virtual data warehouse

The paper describes an approach of applying a modified ETL process for developing a virtual data warehouse. The architecture of such data warehouse and performed operations are described as well as the existing open source ETL tools and the result of using them to construct a prototype of a virtual data warehouse.
