An Analytical Method of Inter-harmonic Detection

A method of inter-harmonic detection is presented which based on wavelet transform, After the sampled signal modulated by specific function, the structure of the signal frequency has changed. The methods which based on MALLAT algorithm of wavelet multiresolution have a high frequency resolution in the low-frequency band, Then The inter-harmonics component is calculated by the DC component which is separated out from modulated signal by the methods. The simulation results show that the method can accurately detect harmonics and inter-harmonics.
