To this end, an ontology-based approach has been implemented and two interconnected ontologies have been developed: – an ontology of physical and functional topologies of Critical Infrastructure systems; – an ontology of Hazard & Threat (H&T) affecting CIs They have been then merged through specific vulnerability and dependency entities.
