Bulk Command Processing
Mark McDonnell · Apress eBooks · 2014
Vim provides an incredibly powerful (and flexible) set of commands, which allow a set of arbitrary commands to be executed against an entire list. In Vim parlance a “list” could be one of the following: a group of open buffers, tabs, windows, and even Vim’s argument list (which I’ll explain near the end of this chapter). These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
