Sample of an Agile Fixed‐Price Contract

This chapter discusses contractual template that serves as a starting point for creating own agile fixed-price contract. The contract template includes some instructions and explanations that are used as an aid to understanding and are not part of the actual contract. Also, the distribution of contract parts in the main contract and attachments is merely a proposal. Such an arrangement has the advantage that during the tendering process, different teams can work in parallel during discussions on detail. This can save a lot of time. Nevertheless, it is necessary that at least the project manager and decision makers know all essential parameters of the agreement. The chapter also talks about an agreement for the software project for which a preamble is given.
