The cloud services are shared in one are more customers by pooling in a multitenant environment, which provides virtualized resources to the customer using different technologies. Virtual machine (VM) is a important software program, which is being used in cloud computing. It includes the behavior of the computer and also which is act as an implementation carrier to accomplish the running applications and programs on the computer. Single hardware resource runs in multiple VMs to the virtualization. VMs in a cloud network will need to be migrated away from one physical machine to another during the time of high load on the server. The VM migration is carried out in order to maintain the load balancing on the PM which is undergo unnecessary problems caused during the time of overload. In the migration phase, the migration data are open to the network as it is become vulnerable. So the attackers can easily attack the data which is being migrated away from one PM to another PM. So the data migrated by VMs must be moved in secured manner. Therefore, in this study the overloaded VM was migrated to normal loaded VM by using processor workload prediction method and the migrated data were secured using MD5 algorithm. This would avoid the problems related to overload when the PM is under high load.
