Isaac Boaz Gottlieb · 2012
Conditional formatting is just what it says: formatting a cell based on its contents, usually a value. Conditional formatting is comprehensive and allows the user to be creative. The simplest way to apply a single rule is to select Conditional Formatting under the home Ribbon. The simple conditional formats are straightforward and it may take a couple of trials to make the data look the way the user wants it to look. The chapter discusses the conditional and advanced conditional formatting in Excel and how to implement the formatting the data accordingly.
