In the information age, the Company faces all kinds information security risk, in which unintentional disclosure information is one of the biggest risks of enterprise. We research on unintentional disclosures through peer to peer file-sharing networks. It demonstrates unintentional disclosures will result in a substantial threat and vulnerability for large financial firms, put forward measure methods for the risk of unintentional disclosure information and how to avoid to the risk of unintentional disclosure information.
