Anticipating the Need to Change: Putting Visual Tools to Work

David Sibbet · 2012

The tools and methods for raising the organization's visual IQ come alive when they are integrated over time in a specific planning or problem solving process. They are most important when the organization needs to change. This chapter discusses how the tools and methods come into play in the real-life situation. Change and transformation take one into the territory in which the organization would be having new priorities, require new behavior, and be implementing new processes. Therefore, the chapter explains a useful framework for anticipating the stages of change by using a Storymapping approach.
