General formula for power spectra of digital f.m. signals

Recently, several papers on power spectra of digital f.m. signals have appeared. In these papers, it has been assumed that all the random variables are independent and the waveform of the baseband signal is fixed. The present author obtains a general formula, in which these restrictions are removed.
