Separately Compiled Subprograms
A. J. Tyrrell · Palgrave Macmillan UK eBooks · 1989
This chapter discusses concepts of modularity, data abstraction and data hiding, and introduces the facilities provided in COBOL for the separate compilation and calling of subprograms. The material in this and the next chapter goes beyond the requirements of a first course in COBOL. These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
