The Architectural Methodology
Szabolcs Michael de Gyurky, Mark A. Tarbell · 2013
The Idea is esteemed as a uniquely human attribute of the mind. From the Idea, we arrive at the Concept. Based on this a priori intuitive hypothesis, we know that a fully autonomous system can be built, what its architecture will look like in software engineering terms and what scope of work is required to accomplish the implementation. The chapter first outlines the necessary discipline and development sequence to be followed in the design of the autonomous system. Then, it elaborates on the Idea and Concept. The entire articulation development process is broken down into descriptive phases. There are five equal foundational pillars of knowledge and experience - the three critiques, the science of logic/the science of being, the world as will and presentation, software management standard (JPL-STD-D-4000), and real-world large-scale project experience. If any of these is missing or lacking, project development cannot commence.
