MOS Transistors in Linear Circuits
J. T. Wallmark, L. G. Carlstedt · 1974
Field-effect transistors are used mainly in digital circuits, only a small fraction being used in analogue or linear circuits. However, for completeness a brief treatment of some of the essentials of analogue circuits is given in this chapter. Another reason for this is that sometimes parts of a circuit handle digital while other parts handle analogue information. Examples are measurement systems, analogue-to-digital converters, and so on.
