Variable Gain Devices — Practical Considerations
G. B. Clayton · 1975
Chapter 4 was devoted to a consideration of the basic circuit principles underlying the action of integrated circuit variable gain devices, this chapter introduces some of the practical capabilities of these devices. The treatment to be given is by no means exhaustive and if more detailed information is required about the characteristics and capabilities of a particular device reference should be made to the appropriate manufacturers data sheets.
