Inter-cell interference is an important reason which restricts the system throughput, especially in the Multi-Input Multi-Output (MIMO) system.Therefore, Coordinated Multi-Point (CoMP) transmission was proposed in the study of 4G standard. CoMP connects the multiple base stations by backbone, and they can share the channel information and the data information of users to some degree.
