Coexistence features of LTE-U for spectrum sharing with collocated Wi-Fi

This over-the-air demo presents the coexistence features of LTE-U namely, (i) dynamic channel selection and (ii) adaptive radio duty cycle operation to allow symbiotic coexistence with collocated networks such as Wi-Fi. The LTE-U coexistence features are implemented on the WARP software defined radio platform with configurable parameter settings. A graphical user interface based application is developed for the demo to allow user interaction, on-the-fly configuration of the LTE-U coexistence parameters and display the live over-the-air performance characteristics.
