Motion Pictures for Geologic Teaching
Hall Taylor · Journal of Geological Education · 1958
Increasing numbers of motion picture films for geologic teaching are becoming available, ;but the sources from which they may be secured are widely scattered and in some instances little known. Brief descriptions are given of reference catalogs listing all known films of geologic interest available for loan in the United States. In addition, a number of 16-millimeter motion pictures suitable for use in geologic teaching are described, and information given on sources from which they may be borrowed, and costs. Some pointers on film care and projection are also presented.
