A Tutorial Introduction to Fuzzy Control

This paper gives a question and answer based tutorial introduction to fuzzy logic control. Several applications of fuzzy logic control are examined. Advantages and disadvantages of this method are outlined and a comparison with model based control is given. Implementation and development tools are discussed. Finally, potential areas of application are also examined.
