The new method of automatic determination the I, III and V waves of Auditory Brainstem Responses is presented in the paper. The brainstem response arises as a result of acoustic stimulation of auditory system. The main aim of the presented study is to analyse an effectiveness of using IPAN99 algorithm for automatic wave I, III and V determination.
