Average false-negative (FNR) and realized false discovery rates (FDR) for different levels of observational noise in dependence of the data size. Observational noise follows an additive-multiplicative Gaussian error model with a common standard deviation . The results are based on the reconstruction of 100 networks. The data is generated by KOs of all 10 TFs in each network and sampling a different number of time points per KO. For example two data points per time series correspond with 20 data points per gene in total.
