IT GRC in the information system environment is an approach which has acquired importance in recent years and requires the development of IT GRC applications. This paper presents a novel architecture for communication workflow management system which facilitates the integration of distributed services and applications within an IT GRC Platform. This last one is a big project developed in LISER laboratory. The communication system architecture proposes a new and easier method to manage workflows within distributed systems where applications can communicate in a distributed way with intelligent agents. The core of the communication system architecture is a group of deliberative agents that communicate with each other and with IT GRC platform applications using the sharing of information as communication mode. This approach provides the systems with a higher ability to recover from errors and a better flexibility to change their behavior at execution time.
