Description for Coordinates Transformation and its Application in Radar Information Fusion

Coordinates transformation is the basic technology for radar information fusion, in this paper, the common coordinates used in radar information fusion are introduced, and the principle for rectangular coordinates transformation is presented. Above this principle, transformation equations between the common coordinates are given, finally the application of transformation in radar information fusion is described.
