The World Wide Web has emerged itself to be a huge repository of knowledge. Many websites provide lot of information regarding a topic of interest. In this paper this feature of WWW is made use for the concept of a dynamic encyclopedia. Apart from traditional web search and retrieval this paper deals with the construction of a web encyclopedia page by making use of relevant information from various web documents. An encyclopedia page consists of mainly text and multimedia information, here an information crawler is made to gather the data online as user gives a search query to build an encyclopedia page by using recent information available in the web pages. Since the page is constructed dynamically, it overcomes the major drawback of traditional encyclopedia's i.e. static nature of the contents. The search process from the web is challenging due to the vast data available in web and also the contents retrieved should be in the context of the search query a user submits.
