PyZDDE: Major code refactoring and addition of several NSC functions

The codebase underwent significant refactoring, that may potentially break existing code. Please refer to the change-log for this release to find out where the current changes could break existing code. However, the interface is far better now. Also, there were several extra functions for NSC mode that were added.
