Scientometrics Method Studies on Strategy and layout of Standard System

A new method that scientometrics are used to study the strategy and layout of standard system is put forward. Through the analysis for standard information, basic information characters are obtained, which makes successfully set up the database system of standard management and analysis. Then some information about standard system are studied by the intelligence means of scientometrics and literature searching and by an example of solar technology standards with China and Japan
