2V or the Real-Time Business Interface

In order to make nowadays integration techniques more helpfull in dealing with a real-time business process, we must also think what technology we must use and what is the specific impact on the final user – not necessarily as a home user but rather as an employee. The paper contextually describes some particular issues about the 2V interface as a hardware extension of the well-known WIMP.
