Conditions for a constrained system to have a set of impulse energy measures

Necessary and sufficient conditions are developed for the existence of an nth order single-input single-output linear time-invariant dynamical system without zeros to have a prespecified set of n impulse energy measures.A method is proposed for determining the parameters specifying the transfer function of such a system, if it exists.
