Video streaming services are the main source of generated traffic over the internet and hundreds of million minutes are watched every day. This proves that the video streaming service is booming, and ensuring customers' satisfaction in this regard will be a major competitive advantage among Internet service providers. The common measures that are being used are mainly about quantifying the Quality of Service (QoS) rather than targeting the end-user's point of view. In other words, QoS metrics such as bandwidth, latency and packet loss are not reflective of the actual experience lived by the end-user and the success of video streaming services is highly correlated with the end user degree of satisfaction which is measured in term of Quality of Experience QoE. In this paper, we are relying on overall quality estimation for cloud-based video stream watching for mobile users. To this end, we will consider traditional QoS metrics combined with other parameters related the video and the user terminal for estimating MOS values as it can be perceived by the mobile user.
