In last few years, cloud computing has emerged as a popular alternative to satisfy the computing requirement of users. To support large number of users which is increasing very fast, the cloud service providers are forced to deploy more number of machines continuously. On the other hand, it has been observed that there are large number of machines indifferent organizations, educational institutions etc. which are underutilized. The whole scenario is against the basic principlesof green computing. In this paper, we present a peer-to-peerframework to aggregate the underutilized computing resourcesof an organization in order to provide computation-as-a-service. Our approach tackles the issue of dynamic leaving and joining ofcomputing nodes which is prevalent in peer-to-peer architectures. Simulation results establish the applicability of our proposal.
