When representatives from the donor countries speak with delegations from the receiving countries, the members of these delegations are always from the upper crust of that society. Although we must accept that this is inevitable, we must nevertheless be aware of the fact that the distance between the thought patterns and living condition of these delegates and those of the rural poor farmer is enormous.
