Excel Grapher: Dynamical Graphing Tool

In this paper, we introduce how we developed a dynamic Excel Grapher which can be used for mathematics education. Developed tools can be used in college mathematics as well as a secondary school mathematics education. It can be downloaded for your test or teaching.
