Temporal Text Mining.

Text mining often involves the extraction of keywords with respect to some measure of importance. Weblog data is tex-tual content with a clear and significant temporal aspect. Con-cepts in this data, therefore, can be described temporally in terms of the patterns present in their time series. This paper describes a system which uses models of time series to rank keywords from a corpus of weblog posts.
