In this paper, we propose two new methods to learn and practice non-dominant motion using Motion Converter and Motion Navigator. One is a method of non-dominant motion practice by following reversed dominant motion animation. The other is awareness of non-dominant motion error by dominant body site. We think that both methods are complementary each other. Therefore, a learner can practice his/her non-dominant motion and get awareness of non-dominant motion error by trying both methods.
