Cloud computing is a new phenomenon that bridge the way for provisioning of infinitely scalable, re- usable, multi-purpose, flexible, cost-saving, efficient and customizable on-demand information technology products and services. The new improvement in the field of information technology offered the people convenience, comforts and satisfaction. From this new development, the IT industry becomes high performance and relatively high scalable feasible solution as compared to old systems. Thus, large businesses and the private sector can see the benefits of acceptance these applications to gain the advantage over their competitors. Moreover, this not only applies to businesses but it also use for the educational field. This paper presents a new model for e-learning using cloud computing for cost effectiveness and support of education and learning management systems. This model will be benefitted for every student and staff, where lots of collaboration and scalability of data is needed in e-Learning. Academic has different departments and many semesters where lots of students want to access the computing a need for highly scalable up-to-date hardware and software is must. Cloud computing has the capacity of elasticity and scaling which is perfect for such an environment.
