Enhancements to the Bayesian Network for Raster Data (BayNeRD).

Bayesian Networks are powerful probabilistic method to make inferences based on evidences. However, this technique has been rarely applied to processing Remote Sensing data. The Bayesian Network for Raster Data BayNeRD, implemented in the R software, was developed to be used for raster data analysis. This paper describes an enhanced version of the BayNeRD algorithm, stating what has been changed in terms of data preprocessing, user interaction, and outputs.
