The article discusses the issues related to the decision-making system using dispersed knowledge. By dispersed knowledge we understand knowledge from one domain but stored in a set of knowledge bases. This article focuses on the use of dispersed medical data. A dispersed decision-making system with the negotiation stage was used. The impact of three different approaches to determining the strength of coalition on the effectiveness of inference in the system, have been studied.
