Having a PC that won’t boot is one of the most frustrating and worrisome problems anyone can encounter. With other PC and Windows issues, it’s usually clear what the problem is: a software package not working or a misconfigured network connection. When the PC won’t boot, however, you’re left completely in the dark as to the cause, which can be anything from corrupt boot files to a hardware failure.
